MISSIONS

In Pacific Fighters and IL-2 Sturmovik you have the ability to create your own missions. You can recreate battles not currently in the game, or create your own original campaigns. The best part about it is that you can share these missions with the online community right here.

Ensure you have the correct game version before downloading a mission.

If you have the IL2FB+PF Combined Install you will be able to play any of the missions here and also those created for the original IL2 game.

To submit missions or campaigns, please send a Zip file including the relevant files and a text description (including the difficulty of the missions and the version of the game required to play it) and send to Extreme_One.
We'll review it, and, if it meets with our submission guidelines, we'll post it online.

If your mission is extra good, we may even feature it on the Pacific Fighters home page.

Besides fan missions, be sure to check here often for exclusive official missions from Ubisoft and 1C:Maddox.

D-Day Coop campaign (139Kb) *NEW*	Normal	German & American & British & French	coop	This 21 mission chronological online coop campaign begins on May 22, 1944 and ends on June 12 when the Allies were able to finally link all the D-Day beaches together. Missions are typical of those flown during this period but do contain a few aircraft that were not present on the western front at the time for the sake of variety. Each side has at least 8 flyable aircraft. Pilot skill level is set at average and the opposing aircraft are matched to be competitive. Defence of the Reich (44Kb) *NEW*	Normal	German	single	I wrote these missions originally for myself, to fill in the gaps between the default offline campaigns in Forgotten Battles, to give my career some Western Front experience. This is my first mission design venture since my RAF Spitfire Battle over Europe, 20th Fighter Group & Defence of the Reich Campaigns for CFS some years ago. These missions were never originally intended for upload, and, as such, there are no mission briefings. You will start these missions in the air, close to your objective or enemy aircraft. In these missions, you will be serving as Gruppen Kommodore of II/JG1, on Defence of the Reich operations out of Northern Germany. I have tried to make these missions as historically accurate as possible, using a number of books as reference points. Hartmann's Flight (2Kb) *NEW*	Easy	German & British	coop	2 Army Multiplayer Map based on the Original AEP Multiplayer Map "Online 3 Summer". Many ground and sea-targets for both sides. On both sides V-1 rockets. Several Bases with different planes: farther bases with bombers, nearer bases with fighters. The armies are Allies and Axis: Japanese and german planes are for axis, Russian and English (American) Planes for Allies. Target fixing is disabled. the Fighter-Bases near the front are protected by flak and balloons. Bomber-bases are not protected. the map is for 7 Players (6+Host). Cutting The Lifeline (16Kb) *NEW*	Normal	American	Single	The Russian Crimea,June 1942. The Wehmarcht with strong support from the Luftwaffe have repulsed the Russian counteroffensive in the Kerch peninusula but are unable to advance on the Caucasian oilfields until they have taken Sevastopol. The city, however, is a formidable fortress and is proving a tough nut to crack. In a desperate attempt to resupply the beleagured city garrison the Russians have dispatched three supply ships under the escort of a destroyer but with the daylight hours drawing rapidly to a close they have been spotted by a Rumanian reconnaissance plane off the southwest coast of the Crimea. Scramble immediately and lead your staffel of He-111-H6 torpedo bombers in a mission to sink as many of the cargo vessels as possible. Barbarossa Bomber (2Kb) *NEW*	Normal	German & Russian	coop	This campaign contains 12 missions, from the opening of Barbarossa to the 26th of June 1941, on the Lvov map, especialy designed for flyable HE-111 and to provide them realistic medium bomber targets (supply depots, bridges, factories, airfields etc). Missions are not historical, but I made them as realistic as I could. All missions come with extensive briefing with operational informations and navigation hints, so they can be played on full real settings. All have both blue and red flyable planes, with around 16 available slots. Each mission provides at least 3 flyable He-111. Missions Remembered (2Kb) *NEW*	Normal	American	Single	This is a set of 10 single-player missions based on the recollections of members of the Middle Tennessee WWII Fighter Pilot Association, as described in their book "Missions Remembered: Recollections of the WWII Air War". The men fought in North Africa, China, Italy, Guadalcanal, Okinawa, France, Belgium, and Germany. Since some of these places aren't represented in the IL2 maps database, I've used the map for Romania as a substitute for Italy and China since the terrain is mountainous and fairly similar. Aircraft include P-40E, P-47D, P-51D, F4F, and F6F. I've also included two "bonus" missions, one fictitious mission involving P-38s over Bastogne and one mission flying P-51Ds over Bastogne during "Operation Bodenplatte", as recollected by 1st Lt. Cat's Eye's (16Mb)	Normal	British	Campaign	An 18 Mission fictitious Campaign. Cat's Eye's is based around a Bristol Beaufighter Nightfighting Squadron in England, February 1941. You're Squadron Leader D.J Baxter, who has completed a Tour of Duty on Day Fighter's, and after a period of rest, you've applied to be a Cat's Eye. To get the full affect of this Campaign, you must have the 3.03 Patch at least for the Smoke/Fire and Landing Light's effects. And you can only fly this Campaign using the FB/PF merge version. Kokoda Track Campaign (355kb)	Normal	American	Campaign	All 23 missions in this offline campaign are historically based. They were actually flown by American aces such as George Welch, Thomas Lynch, and Richard Bong. The campaign tells the story of the 6 month 1942 Japanese attempt to capture Port Moresby,New Guinea by land and the heroic defense by an Australian 1200-man brigade of militia that held them off, even though outnumbered 6 to 1 and often more. Commanders named are those actually in command at the time. Flyable in the campaign are P-39s, P-400s, P-40s, & P-38s. All manner of Australian and U.S. bombers are involved.
